  Gloriosos prepared our 2009 taxes and there was a transcription error which resulted from the federal taxes on one of our W2s not being included. This was a $3800 error that we happened to find when refinancing and the bank asked for our 2009 taxes. We certainly should have checked our taxes before signing them, however had trusted there wouldn't be errors when paying good money for someone to prepare them. It took us three weeks and a lot of follow up from us for Gloriosos to get our amendment completed. Although they provided the envelope for us to mail the amendment, they did not pay postage nor offer any type of apology. Shorting us $3800 of our tax refund and how it was handled afterwards are a couple reasons we will not be returning to Gloriosos.

  Nice people during the initial meeting, after waiting nearly two months for my return I called their office with a few questions. The lady whom I spoke with stated she was not the normal secritary but would look into my questions and get back to me. This was on a Tuesday, it is now the following Tuesday and still no follow up. I expect more for my money, you should as well.

  We are doing our business tax returns and we have very complex taxes. When I see negative comments from people that do personal taxes, this is funny. I am happy with my business taxes,Jim always finish mines on time even though I delver my part later due to amount of work that I have to invest in it
